Lead Interior Designer
Sarah was born and raised in Nashville before attending the Architecture + Interior Architecture program at the University of Memphis. With a family full of architects, interior designers, and builders, she found a great passion for creating beautiful yet functional and efficient spaces to enhance our daily lives through the built environment. Sarah loves taking on new project types and learning from clients on how we can improve their day to day. Outside of the office, Sarah loves being outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Joy R. Smith
Accounting Office Manager
As a native Marylander, Joy brings national business ideals to IKS by utilizing her 20+ years of Finance experience in California, Georgia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She credits Towson University for her academic training in Finance, Gallaudet University for her American Sign Language training, and Lincoln Culinary Institute for her epicurean training to become a classically trained Chef. In her spare time you can find Joy running, reading, learning languages and enjoying family time.
